Water provides the perfect environment to work on your fitness goals! The instructors at our Aquatic Exercise Association are certified to lead a variety of classes, from low-impact workouts for people dealing with arthritis pain, to high-intensity circuit workouts.
Get in shape in the way that works best for your body!
Classes are drop-in, so there is no need to register.

Low Impact Classes
Arthritis Aquatic Foundation Program
Monday-Thursday: 12:05-1:00 pm
Improve your joint flexibility and range of motion, reduce pain and stiffness, increase cardiovascular and muscle strength and endurance, improve balance and coordination, decrease fatigue, and improve perceived health status utilizing the water's buoyancy and resistance.
Funtional Fluid Fusion
Thursday: 8:05-9:00 am
In this class, movements are designed to help improve balance, core stabilization. flexibility, extension, range of motion, and mental functions (Neurobics). Music and tempo are used to build core stability and strength. Shoes are recommended.
Moderate to High Impact Classes
Monday and Wednesday: 1:05-2:00 pm
Aqua Fitness
This is a moderate to high-intensity shallow water class designed for all levels of aquatic fitness. By using the water's resistance to tone and define the body, you will enjoy toning, improved balance and flexibility. The class is structured to use interval training, Tabata or circuit workouts, aqua yoga and Pilates while using a variety of equipment.
Inter-circuit workout
This class combines muscular resistance, cardio and balance to provide a well-rounded workout. We will use equipment and stations at times, along with great music to help us keep the pace. Shoes are recommended.

Water Exercise

BAC water aerobics is a combination of shallow and deep water work to help strengthen your cardiovascular system and core. Classes are led by an aquatics instructor, who encourages you to challenge yourself to change yourself. There's a moderate to high-intensity class structure.
